Shape Stretch for Active Stretching

Active stretching uses 2 second stretches, then relaxation, repeated for multiple repetitions.

Please consult your physician, physical therapist, or certified trainer before performing any of the stretching exercises shown, particularly if you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, are elderly, or have any chronic or recurring muscle or joint pain. Please stretch safely and slowly. If you feel pain, stop immediately and consult your doctor.
